ARTICLE 6 - COLLECTION OF IDENTITY DATA

Consultation of the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without you communicating any nominative data concerning you (name, first name, address, etc.).

We do not record any nominative data for the simple consultation of the Site. However, the CIBLE SKIN site may deny the User certain parts of its site or service if the latter refuses to transmit information.

ARTICLE 7 - COLLECTION OF IDENTIFICATION DATA

We may collect and process your geolocation data with our partners. We undertake to anonymize the data used.

In accordance with your right to object provided for by Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the possibility, at any time, to deactivate the geolocation functions.

ARTICLE 9 - RETENTION OF TECHNICAL DATA

Technical data is kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above.

The duration of this retention may vary, it is determined according to the purpose of the data use, particularly to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and for the duration of any period necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal rights.

ARTICLE 10 - RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA AND ANONYMIZATION

In accordance with Article 6-5° of Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, personal data subject to processing are not kept beyond the time necessary for the execution of the obligations defined at the conclusion of the contract or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.

Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship / after account deletion.

ARTICLE 11 - ACCOUNT DELETION

In the event of a violation of one or more provisions established or incorporated herein by reference, the company LABORATOIRE CIBLE SKIN reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without any prior warning and at its sole discretion, your use of and access to the services, your account and all Sites.

ARTICLE 12 - INDICATIONS IN THE EVENT OF A SECURITY BREACH DETECTED BY THE PUBLISHER

We undertake to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security adapted to the risks of accidental, unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of your personal data.

ARTICLE 14 - TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD

If these attempts fail, all disputes concerning the validity, interpretation and/or execution of the privacy policy must be brought, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims, before the French courts.

ARTICLE 17 - DATA PORTABILITY

The User is thus guaranteed better control over their data, and retains the possibility of reusing it.

This data must be provided in an open and easily reusable format.
