All Cible Skin cosmetics are fragrance-free and have a neutral, natural smell coming directly from the active ingredients.

Cible Skin cosmetics have a minimum durability date of 36 months (DDM), except for the Re-Cellular 12.5% Program which is 24 months.

Once opened, please refer to the period after opening (PAO) located on the cosmetic packaging. The number indicated on the open jar symbol indicates the period during which the product can be used after opening. This period may vary depending on the product.

This is the strength of our products: they are perfectly suited and very effective, even on the most sensitive skin. All our products have been tested on a panel of different skin types and ages: our clinical studies have proven the excellent skin and eye tolerance of our products.

The causes of skin reactivity are very often due to the excipients contained in the formulas: preservatives, perfumes, emulsifiers, solvents, stabilizers, humectants, colorants, etc. However, all these ingredients are absent from our formulas. This makes the Cible Skin cosmetic range 100% clean: formulated without silicone, without endocrine disruptors (phenoxyethanol, paraben), without alcohol, without artificial colorants, without PEG, without mineral oils, without allergens, without perfume.

The RE-CELLULAR 12.5% program is an intensive anti-aging treatment of 28 days, corresponding to the duration of the skin's natural renewal cycle.

This slight coloration that may occur over time is a choice on our part. Indeed, to remain consistent with our commitment — to preserve our skin and our planet — we decided to develop 100% clean and active products, as well as to use recyclable and recycled materials, with no negative impact on the environment.

We refused the use of preservatives that would have offered a more aesthetic visual result. We have added no stabilizers, no preservatives, no artificial colorants, no perfumes that would have prevented this slight coloration, which is therefore natural.

We recommend the RE-CELLULAR 12.5% PROGRAM for an overall anti-aging effect and skin renewal: the skin benefits from a powerful anti-spot (up to -60%), anti-redness (up to -25%) and anti-wrinkle (up to -45%) action in our clinical studies.

Your order is shipped within 24 hours, so it is not possible to modify or cancel it. However, you can return your products within 14 working days in their original packaging to obtain a refund or store credit.

We offer 2 delivery methods:

• Home delivery: We work with UPS to deliver your Cible Skin cosmetics. A courier will come to your door. A signature may be required to validate receipt.

• Click & Collect: You receive your order directly at La Maison Cible Skin (31 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris). When picking up, present your confirmation email including your name and order number.

We deliver to all countries of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

We commit to shipping your order within 24 hours (except weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Yes, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products to return the ordered products and obtain a refund or store credit according to your choice.

The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any product returned damaged or in unsealed packaging cannot be refunded.

To return an item purchased on the Cible Skin website:

• Send an email to hello@cibleskin.com
• Our customer service will get back to you with a prepaid UPS return label (Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., or within 12 hours on weekends).
• Place the products back in their original packaging. Stick the prepaid UPS label on the outside of the box. Drop off your package at a UPS collection point: the return is free.
• Once the product is received and complies with our policies, we will refund you according to your original payment method.

You can pay by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, as well as via Paypal. You can only use one payment method per order: Paypal or credit card.

Your payment is completely secure on the Cible Skin website thanks to our STRIPE payment module, with an SSL security system guaranteeing that all your bank details are protected. We do not save any of your bank details.
